Drooping Breast

Ptosis of the breast refers to drooping or sagging of the breast. Breast ptosis is related to the laxity of the superficial fascia, suspensory ligaments and skin.

Ptosis is a natural part of the aging process, though the rate at which a woman develops ptosis depends on many factors. Ptosis can result after pregnancy, or after weight gain and subsequent loss. Breast size is a factor in ptosis, with larger breasts becoming ptotic more quickly. Pseudoptosis is the condition where the nipple is at the level of the inframammary crease, but the breast itself has not dropped. Anatomically, the breasts are composed of soft, glandular tissue, with few support structures, such as connective tissue. Intimate Part

An intimate, personal, or private part is a place on the human body which it is usually customary to keep covered with clothing in public areas, as a matter of decency. The term is a euphemism.

Definitions vary, but in Western cultures they are primarily the parts involved in sexual arousal, procreation, and elimination of excreta and related matter, including:

the buttocks, anus and perineum

for boys and men: the penis and scrotum

for girls and women: the pudendal cleft, vulva and, the breasts

The term intimate parts may be construed to mean only the external body parts that are visible when naked, rather than the body parts more commonly referred to. For example, when naked, a woman's pudendal cleft is predominantly visible rather than the vagina, and a man's scrotum is visible rather than the testes which are contained within.

Female breasts are considered as parts that would be covered in most contexts, but with a degree of tolerance for toplessness varying in different regions and cultures. In some periods of European history, female shoulders and legs may have been considered intimate parts. More conservative viewpoints in the West in some contexts still find it appropriate that females should cover their shoulders, particularly when entering a church or other sacred space.

In Islamic traditions, the definition of awrah is similar to the definition of intimate parts in Western culture. The extent of cover for the female body depends upon the situation, but may include the hair, shoulders and neck in addition to the aforementioned intimate parts. The entire body except the face and hands should be covered in public or in front of unrelated men. The Hanafi school of thought, which is followed by most Muslims in the world, agree that the feet are not part of the awrah and therefore may be revealed.

Exposure of one's intimate parts, particularly unintended exposure, is typically connected with feelings of shame. Such exposure may be subject to strict social rules, social control and criminal justice; see indecent exposure.

Intentionally touching the intimate parts of another person, even through clothing, is often associated with sexual intent. If this is done without legally valid consent of the person being touched, it may be considered sexual harassment or sexual assault.

Stimulation of Nipples

Stimulation of nipples is a common human sexual practice, either for itself or as part of other sexual activities. The practice may be performed upon – or by – people of any gender or sexual orientation, but is more commonly performed on women. The male or female breast, nipple and areola develop similarly in the fetus and during infancy. A forced orgasm is a form of orgasm control where the active partner sexually stimulates a submissive partner to the point of the submissives involuntary orgasm, with the submissive attempting to restrain the onset of orgasm.
